Consultation Call

The first step is to book a Consultation Call with Navjyoti. This is our first contact, and we will see if we are a good fit. Like caramelized popcorn is not for me, but my nieces love them. I may not be for you, but you may find a connection with other brilliant RTT therapists in my circle, and I will be happy to connect you with them. All in, it will be great to chat!

Intake Call

In this 45-minute call, we will dive deeper into the presenting issue and discuss things that matter to you. This is for me to collect some more information to tailor the RTT session(s) to support you in the best possible way and lay the path for a powerful transformation.

RTT Session

Finally, it’s time for the Rapid Transformational Therapy Session. In the session, I will guide you in finding the root cause of the issues holding you back, understanding them, and letting them go. This process is similar to tending to a garden bed; I will guide you in weeding out the unhelpful beliefs and putting in seeds for the desired traits and beliefs. The initial session takes about 1.5 – 2 hours. After the session, you will receive a Bespoke recording to permanently reprogram your subconscious with new healthy beliefs.

Listen to Transformational Recording

RTT is all about long-lasting, permanent changes.

The final part of the journey is listening to a bespoke recording to help the client make the changes at the synapse level. Clients receive a 15-20-minute recording exclusively made for them. It covers all the positive suggestions that the client wants to hear on repeat to make the new habit of thought familiar. Ideally, they will listen to the recording for at least 21 days whenever they can invest time in themselves during the day. I suggest listening when they are going to bed to send direct suggestions to the subconscious mind and let it do its magic!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Hypnosis and how can it help in making permanent positive changes?

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind in which the conscious mind rests, and the subconscious mind overtakes and automates the task at hand. For example, when we rearrange our kitchen or office space, in this instance, I moved where I keep my coffee mugs; in the coming days, in the flow of making the coffee, a few times, my hands naturally will open the old closet where my mind has recorded the mug’s position. However, I will correct myself every time I go for the wrong location, and with enough repetitions, the new location will be logged and automated by the subconscious mind.

Similarly, it happens when we drive on the same roads every day; automatically, the mind slips into a hypnotic state, and we are on auto-pilot. Meditation and losing ourselves in music or a movie also represent the hypnotic state of losing conscious thinking.

Hypnosis is also a state where we can access the subconscious mind and reprogram it with desired suggestions for positive changes. Forege, if a person is looking to master public speaking, under hypnosis, the mind can be trained to interpret the nervousness as excitement, help the person understand why they feel the unease in their body and help them let it go.

What is the difference between Conscious and Subconscious Mind?

The conscious mind is objective and designed to make a person feel safe and comfortable, even at the cost of a person’s dreams and desire to live a better life. The subconscious mind is a powerful force that magically gives people what they want. It is subjective and will not contest the validity of a suggestion; the conscious mind is feeding it.

So, if you have a fear of public speaking, the fear that you experienced very early in life when you attempted to show something you created with so much love, and people received it with unkind gestures and made you feel bad or embarrassed, your mind stores it as a threat to your safety because, as small humans, we want to feel safe and accepted.

Now, in your adulthood, when you want to go for that promotion, and it involves addressing a boardroom and doing presentations, or you are an entrepreneur and part of marketing is to talk to an audience. If you still feel that fear of rejection, your brilliant subconscious mind will create conditions in the mind and body. It will make you nervous, and the whole body will shake and sweat. It will generate a fear equivalent to facing a man-eating lion when you go in front of the audience. Unless you find the root cause, reframe the belief that is holding you back and reprogram your thinking patterns to serve you and help you achieve your dreams.

How much is the investment?

I was talking to my therapist about my hesitation in asking for a fee for my services to help someone who needs help. And here is what my brilliant therapist, who has 30 years of experience practicing psychotherapy, has to say: People go on a 5-night vacation and spend a sum from $3500 and upwards, maybe less, but! The vacation wears off after a week, but whatever you charge for your session will be an investment that will pay itself off in 10, maybe 100 folds.
