Rapid Transformational Therapy

Rapid Transformational Therapy, or RTT© for short, is a powerful therapeutic approach that empowers clients to make positive changes and enhances their sense of ease, peace, happiness, and fulfillment.

RTT© blends the best parts of therapies like Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy such as Gestalt, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and mindfulness to get faster results.

It goes beyond addressing surface-level issues; it enables me to guide clients in uncovering the root cause of their emotional pain. Unlike traditional therapies, which concentrate on the immediate problem, RTTⓇ delves into the origin of beliefs and behaviours contributing to the issue. I empower clients to transform their challenges and adopt new, positive beliefs for a forward-focused journey.

This powerful therapy was developed by internationally renowned therapist and bestselling author Marisa Peer over the course of her 30-year career. She helped TV personalities, professional athletes, and Fortune 500 company C-suite professionals break through their blocks and gain insights to create this result-driven, impactful, rapid therapeutic approach.

Consultation Call

The first step is to book a Consultation Call with Navjyoti. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions about RTT,  how it can help you with your presenting problem and if it is a good fit for you.

Intake Call

In this 45-minute call, we will dive deeper into the presenting issue and discuss things that matter to you. This is for me to collect some more information to tailor the RTT session(s) to support you in the best possible way and lay the path for a powerful transformation.

RTT Session

Finally, it’s time for the Rapid Transformational Therapy Session. In the session, I will guide you in finding the root cause of the issues holding you back, understanding them, and letting them go. This process is similar to tending to a garden bed; I will guide you in weeding out the unhelpful beliefs and putting in seeds for the desired traits and beliefs. The initial session takes about 1.5 – 2 hours. After the session, you will receive a Bespoke recording to permanently reprogram your subconscious with new healthy beliefs.

Listen to Transformational Recording

RTT is all about long-lasting, permanent changes.

The final part of the journey is listening to a bespoke recording to help the client make the changes at the synapse level. Clients receive a 15-20-minute recording exclusively made for them. It covers all the positive suggestions that the client wants to hear on repeat to make the new habit of thought familiar. Ideally, they will listen to the recording for at least 21 days whenever they can invest time in themselves during the day. I suggest listening when they are going to bed to send direct suggestions to the subconscious mind and let it do its magic!

RTT vs. Talk Therapy: What is the difference?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and traditional talk therapy are both effective methods for personal growth and healing, but they operate in distinct ways to achieve transformation.

RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy):

  • Root-Cause Approach: RTT targets the subconscious mind, where many limiting beliefs and emotional blocks are stored. By uncovering the root cause of an issue, RTT helps you address underlying beliefs that are holding you back, often within just 1-3 sessions.
  • Transformational Hypnosis: Using hypnosis, RTT places you in a deeply relaxed state where your subconscious is more open to reprogramming. This allows for rapid, lasting change by shifting old thought patterns and behaviors.
  • Goal-Oriented and Fast: RTT is designed to deliver quick results, often within just a few sessions, making it ideal for those seeking fast and profound change. However, results may vary depending on each client’s participation in the RTT process and where they are in life. Some may experience immediate changes, while for others, transformation may occur more gradually, building over time.
  • Personalized Audio Recordings: Each RTT session includes a custom hypnosis recording to reinforce the positive shifts made during the session, ensuring that the changes continue to take root in the weeks that follow.

Talk Therapy (Traditional Therapy):

  • Conscious Mind Exploration: Talk therapy primarily works with the conscious mind, guiding you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences through conversation. It can provide valuable insight over time.
  • Long-Term Process: Talk therapy is often a longer-term commitment, with regular sessions spanning months or even years. It takes a slower, steady approach, focused on emotional processing and developing coping skills.

How much is the investment?

A single RTT session is priced at $250. This investment in yourself offers a profound, lasting return. As my brilliant mentor, with over 30 years of experience in psychotherapy and decades as a parish minister, often says:
“People spend over $3500 on a 5-night vacation, which fades within a week. But the transformation from RTT sessions can pay off tenfold, even a hundredfold, and lasts a lifetime.”

During our consultation call, I will carefully assess how many sessions may be needed to address your specific concerns. Typically, 1 to 3 sessions are enough to help clients break through limiting beliefs and make significant, positive changes.

Single session package includes:

  • 45-minute to 1-hour intensive intake call (via Google Meet)
  • 2-hour RTT session (on a separate day, also via Google Meet or in-person, depending on location)
  • Personalized transformational audio recording (15-20 minutes)
  • Follow-up call the day after the RTT session (15 minutes)
  • Ongoing support via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger
  • 3-week follow-up call (15 minutes)

Every package includes a personalized hypnosis recording designed to reinforce your transformation at a neurological level, ensuring that the positive changes become a permanent part of your life.

What is Hypnosis and how can it help in making permanent positive changes?

Hypnosis is a natural, deeply relaxed state of mind where your conscious mind takes a back seat, allowing your subconscious to step in and steer the wheel. Think of it as the mind’s autopilot mode—something we all experience more often than we realize.

Take a simple example: when you rearrange your kitchen or office and move something as familiar as your coffee mugs to a new spot. For days after, as you move through your usual routine, you’ll probably find yourself instinctively reaching for the old location. Each time, you correct yourself, and after a while, your mind adjusts. Eventually, the new position becomes second nature, effortlessly logged and automated by your subconscious.

It’s the same kind of process when we drive the same roads every day without thinking about each turn. We lose ourselves in the familiarity, allowing our subconscious to guide us as we focus on other thoughts. Whether it’s driving, getting lost in music, meditating, or watching a movie, these moments all represent a state of hypnosis—when conscious thought fades, and we’re in flow with our deeper mind.

Hypnosis is an incredible tool because, in this state, we can access the subconscious mind and gently rewire it with new, positive suggestions. Imagine someone struggling with fear of public speaking. Under hypnosis, their mind can be trained to interpret nervousness not as fear, but as excitement—a powerful shift in perception. The person can also uncover the root of their anxiety, address it directly, and finally let it go. What is the difference between Conscious and Subconscious Mind?

Your conscious mind is like a protective shield—its primary job is to keep you feeling safe and comfortable, even if that means keeping you stuck in old patterns that no longer serve you. It filters your experiences and thoughts through a lens of safety, often holding you back from pursuing your true desires and living the life you dream of. This can sometimes come at the cost of your growth, dreams, and potential.

On the other hand, your subconscious mind is a powerful, limitless force. It’s like a fertile soil that takes in whatever seeds are planted, without questioning whether they’ll lead to positive or negative outcomes. Unlike the conscious mind, it doesn’t debate or analyze; it simply absorbs whatever suggestions or beliefs you feed it, accepting them as truth.

Take the fear of public speaking, for example. Perhaps, as a child, you excitedly shared something you created with love, only to be met with unkind words or gestures. In that vulnerable moment, your mind stored the experience as a threat. As small humans, we crave safety and acceptance, and any situation that threatens this is cataloged in the subconscious as something to avoid in the future.

Now, fast forward to your adulthood. You’re aiming for that promotion, but it requires speaking in front of a boardroom. Or maybe, as an entrepreneur, you need to address an audience to grow your business. Despite all your accomplishments and growth, the fear of rejection still lingers, stored deep in your subconscious.

Your brilliant subconscious mind, which only wants to protect you, kicks in. Is this therapeutic modality covered by insurance in Canada?

Currently, hypnosis, including Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), is not covered under insurance in Canada. However, given the growing body of evidence supporting its effectiveness, we are hopeful that coverage will be available in the near future.
